(1) If gazetted first-class employees working in the service are appointed to the Head of Mission, pool vacancies will be created in the Ministry only for the purpose of maintaining the position of such employees.

(2) Sub-rule (1). According to the gazetted first class employee of the service appointed as the head of the commission, the position of the approved post that becomes vacant will be filled in accordance with the prevailing law. If, for any reason, he comes to appear in the ministry, he will be appointed to such a position immediately if there is a vacant position in the ministry. >(5) Employees who have come to appear at the Ministry but are on pool posts according to sub-rule (3) will not be considered vacant unless they are matched with approved posts.
